Operational Excellence for Pipelines, and Other Hazardous Industries

    Human Factors Plan for Pipeline Controllers

    The Pipeline Safety Act of 2006 states that every pipeline company must have a human factors management plan for pipeline controllers by 2008. Alday Consulting Services, Inc. has already developed plans with pipeline companies.
