February Managing Fatigue Article: Shared Responsiblity

Regulations about fatigue management spell out responsibilities for employers to provide sleep opportunities and to limit hours of work.  The truth is employees have to take advantage of those sleep opportunities and to use off-hours between shifts for rest.  Read the attached article.
