“Nothing New,” says Harry TrumannPosted June 14th, 2009Plain Speaking: An Oral History of Harry Truman is an excellent book about servant leadership. Truman believed that “there is nothing new in the world except the history you do not know.” I wonder if he would say the same thing now. Perhaps he would say the technology is different, but people are still the same. This is why leaders need to know as much about the users of technology as they do about technology.
