Archive for March, 2008What Kind of Sleeper Are You? Part 2The sleep savvy seniors, about 21% of the population, get about 7.3 hours of sleep each night compared to 6.8 overall. While most are over 65 and have some health problems, they report getting adequate sleep. The dragging duos are partnered, employed, and work more than 40 hours per week. A key point is that they work before going to bed. When I just have to check something on the computer, or do some other task, it is very difficult for me to go to sleep.
